Deposit is NOT refundable if the minimum number of people is not met. If left by a board member, the $100 deduction can be taken from the total donation amount (if funds allows) in lieu of the personal deposit.

Project Tier 3 - $75/person
Location: Hammer and Stain, 15 Main Street Sayville.
Guarantees:
We have a minimum of 15 guests for a fundraiser in-studio, maximum is 32-40 (depends on the size of the projects selected). Off-site events have a minimum of 20, maximum is based on the space – we will staff accordingly. All guest registrations are required approx. 1 week prior to the workshop.***For in-studio ONLY: If your minimum is NOT met, the fundraiser will still continue and donation will be made based on your guest count. However, Hammer & Stain reserves the right to open the studio up to the public to fill seats. These seats will NOT count towards your fundraiser sales. Additionally, the deposit becomes non-fundable if the minimum is NOT met.
***For in-studio ONLY: If your minimum is NOT met, your event will be cancelled and your deposit becomes non-fundable. Registrants will be refunded.
Food & Beverage:
Light snack-type foods and drinks are permitted in the studio. There is not a set meal time and happens around the project steps. Hammer & Stain does not provide waitstaff or cleanup for food and beverage, the host is responsible for anything food and beverage related. Garbage can be disposed of in our dumpsters, but all tables must be cleared by guest and left in the way the workshop began. Please note that our workshop instructors are not trained in handling food and beverage and cannot provide these services.
*All guests in the studio MUST have a project. Only those with a project will be permitted. Please respect our seating policy as it greatly impacts the use of studio resources & efficiency.
