 Cancellations Policy

We always do our best in working with our Makers, understanding that life happens. However, due to the process and customizations of our projects and workshops, there are NO REFUNDS.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice your project will be held for 1 MONTH from the workshop date with an option to make it during another workshop (MUST be pre-arranged with the studio). No-show projects will NOT get held for a future workshop!

You may also choose to pick up your project as a Hammer @ Home kit to make at home, or upgrade to a pre-made project to pick up. Project must be picked up within one month or it's forfeited.
