Studio Policies

Only 1 guest allowed in the workshop per registered project. 

Wood Projects

All wood projects are expected to have various cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes and characteristics. Some peeling, nails or staples may be visible. We will do our best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect, as it is hand-crafted but it will certainly be wall worthy!

Add-On Options

Bows & Add-Ons are NOT included in the project, unless stated otherwise in the title (i.e. Shutter w/Wreath). Add-Ons can be purchased in studio for an additional charge.

Custom Changes

Changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved within the time frame set in workshop description. If approved, a customization fee of $25 MAY apply.
