In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $75 Buy-Out Fee.

Your Workshop Details:

  • Buy-Out Fee: $75
  • Date & Time: Sun., October 6, 2024; 3:00pm-5:30pm
  • Project Selection: Pick Your Project
  • Price Per Person: $65 max per person
  • Guest Registration By Date: Tues., 10/1
  • Invoice Paid By Date: Thurs., 10/3

Buy-Out Terms:

  • Your Buy-Out fee will keep the workshop area private for 2.5 hours. 
  • Please note our retail store and walk-in area are open to the public so you may see other guests in other areas of the shop. 
  • Studio Buy-Outs require a minimum of 15 guests and a minimum spend of $600. If either of these criteria are not met by 10 days prior to the workshop, we reserve the right to open the workshop seats to the public. The Buy-Out Fee will be forfeited. 

Guest Registration & Minimums:

  • Upon booking, you will be provided with a 'registration by' date. Any guests not registered by that date will select from our pre-cut designs upon arrival. These designs are NOT personalized. 
  • Your final guest registration will be come your new minimum. If a guest can no longer attend, the host may take their project as a home kit. 

Party Planning 101:

  • The workshop area is for crafting guests only.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A PROJECT. No exceptions. 
  • All food and drink are to be consumed at a table in the workshop area only. our retail store and Walk-In Area are not available for use. 
  • Food and drink planning, handling, serving and clearing is handled by the party host. Hammer & Stain staff is not trained or certified in food handling. This includes clean up of all food and beverage from tables.
  • If food and drink is brought in, you must also bring all necessary flatware: plates, napkins, cups, etc. The studio does not have these items on hand.
  • All decorations must be taken down before the host leaves.
  • All garbage, leftover food, decorations must be disposed of into the garbage.
  • Our staff is trained to lead the party with creativity in mind. We kindly ask that you allow our staff to keep charge of the timeline, paint handling and offerings. 

Food & Beverage Tips:

  • We strongly encourage grazing type foods or individual servings (i.e. small sandwich bites, dips, single serve cups). Items that require a place setting with fork and knife are not suggested. 
  • There is NO formal eating time during the workshop. Guests can pick throughout the workshop while in between steps of the project. This is where the grazing foods work best. 
  • We do not have a fridge or freezer for public use.
  • Coolers may be brought in. Ice may only be brought in if stored in a cooler. Ice bags will not be permitted on the floor or sitting in the sinks. 
  • Please ask your Workshop Instructors when food can be served and kindly respect their timeline. If it is not followed, your guests may not have time to finish their craft.

Designs and prices subject to change at any time. Your price is locked in upon booking with a deposit.
