Craft The Best Summer Ever! Join us for a Hammer Heads Youth Summer Workshop! 

Workshop Title & Details: Emoji Mood Doorhanger AND Fire Coasters. This workshop is filled with giggles and fun! Crafters will make a full set of Emoji's for their personalized doorhanger. Followed by the creation of our favorite Fire Coasters. No worries, flames are kept safely away from our crafters :) 

Date & Time: Friday, July 17th, 2026 from 12:30pm-3:30pm

Age Groups: This workshop is for Pygmy, Lemon and Whale Sharks (kids entering grades K-8). Tables will be broken up by age groups (unless requested otherwise).  This is a drop-off event for children 8+.

Location: 9 Hawkins Ave Unit #3102 Ronkonkoma 11779. Please Note: North parking garage is free for the first 3 hours.  

Food & Beverage: A small snack will be provided during the workshop, but kids are welcome to bring their own small snack. Please keep it small & easy. Kids are encouraged to bring a water bottle.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT: 

  1. Fill out child info
  2. Add to cart
  3. If you are coming with a group, we encourage you all to register at the same time! 

Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is made, a process begins. We DO NOT offer refunds. We have the following options in place:

  1. Cancellation of the workshop with 1 weeks notice or more, we will provide you with a credit for the amount paid to be used towards another Hammer Heads Youth Summer Workshop. This can ONLY be used for another Hammer Heads Youth Summer Workshop before August 31, 2026. 
  2. Cancellation within one week of the workshop date, we will provide you with date options to reschedule the workshop projects that are being made in the original workshop. The child may come in with ONE parent (at no additional charge) during a Casual Craft reservation to complete the projects. Projects must be completed by August 31, 2026 or they are forfeited. It is your responsibility to make the reservation. 

Safety Measures: 

  1. Please be sure to list all adults allowed to pick up your child.  If a change occurs, please email us or send a note in. 
  2. Cell phone use will be discouraged during the camp.  Campers of course can have it with them, but we ask that it stays in their bag or away so it does not cause a disruption with other campers. 
  3. Crafts can be messy, please dress accordingly. We recommend long hair be put up.
