In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 5 days prior to your event. The date will be set on the registration page. Anyone who wishes to attend after that date will choose from available designs in the studio.  

Location: Hammer and Stain, 9 Hawkins Ave Unit #3102 Ronkonkoma 11779.  Free parking at the Garage for the first three hours.  

Things to note: 

• If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.
• Your party includes 10 guests, each additional will be charged per the agreed upon price. 
• Only 4 non-crafting adults may be in attendance of the party. If parents of child in attendance wish to stay, they may wait in our retail store area. 
• You are responsible for inviting guests and their registration. 
• You are responsible for all food and beverage PLUS paper goods to go with it. 
• Payment is required in full for the registered number of guests OR the actual number of guests, whichever is higher. If a registered guest can no longer make it, you as the host may take the project as a Home Kit. 

**FOOD & BEVERAGE: Our staff does not get involved with the ordering, serving or cleanup of food and beverage. Our staff is not trained or certified in food service, in addition, the food time is used by staff to prep for the next part of the project.
