In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 5 days prior to your event. The date will be set on the registration page. Anyone who wishes to attend after that date will choose from available designs in the studio. 

Party Planning 101:

• The workshop area is for crafting guests only.
• Parties permit 4 chaperones and MUST have at least 1.
• Non-chaperone adults who wish to stay must remain in the retail store. Drop-off is encouraged. 
• All food and drink are to be consumed at a table in the workshop area only.
• Food and drink planning, handling, serving and clearing is handled by the chaperone. Hammer & Stain staff is not trained or certified in food handling. Additionally, that time is used by the staff to prep the next phase of the project.
• If food and drink is brought in, you must also bring all necessary flatware: plates, napkins, cups, etc. The studio does not have these items on hand.
• All decorations must be taken down before the host leaves.
• All garbage, leftover food, decorations must be disposed of into the garbage.
• Our staff is trained to lead the party with creativity in mind. We kindly ask that you allow our staff to keep charge of the timeline, paint handling and offerings. 

Food & Beverage Tips:

• We strongly recommend individual serve items such as juice boxes, cupcakes, etc.
• NO CHIPS please.
• Food is to be limited to 1 meal and 1 dessert at most. Snacks in-between are not necessary and may cause a delay in the project timeline causing the craft to be rushed.
• We strongly recommend bringing mini bottles of water for your guests as we see it frequently requested.
• Please ask your Workshop Instructors when food can be served and kindly respect their timeline. If it is not followed, your guests may not have time to finish their craft. Kids parties have a firm end time. 

Party Designs and Themes:

• Upon booking, the host will be asked for design 'vibes.' This helps us ensure the party guests have projects in their realm. 
• Custom design requests by party guests will not be accommodated.

Guest Registration & Minimums:

• Upon booking, you will be provided with a 'registration by' date. Any guests not registered by that date will select from our pre-cut designs upon arrival. These designs are NOT personalized. 
• Kids parties include 10 crafters. Additional may be added, but package is not adjusted for less. 
• Your final guest registration will be come your new minimum. If a guest can no longer attend, the host may take their project as a home kit.
