Hammer & Stain Long Island

Join us Wednesday, December 2nd at Hammer & Stain Long Island for a Parent/Child wood decor workshop benefitting the Sylvan Ave. 5th Grade Class

Seatings are available at 4pm or 6:30pm for a Parent/Child workshop OR you can choose a kit as Hammer @ Home project. 

The last day to register is Mon., 11/23.

Please note:
-ALL guests in the studio MUST have a registered project. No exceptions, seat spacing is critical. -All children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Additional children's projects may be added to the same seating. 
- If you cannot make your scheduled workshop, your projects will be packaged up as a Hammer @ Home Kit.
-Workshop space is limited and all parties will be socially distanced.
-Custom designs are not an option in a fundraiser. 

 

Project Sizes are based on price point first, then design:
Adult Holiday or Classic - 12" Round, 12" Square, 24"x6" Plank, 10"x15" Sign
Kids Holiday or Classic - 10" Round, 10" Square, 16"x6" Plank, 8"x12" Sign
Adult Large - 18" Round, 14"x14" Pallet, 16"x14" Pallet


To Register: 

1. Choose your project combo type by clicking on the picture/dropdown menu. (Kids Holiday, Kids Classic, Adult Holiday, Adult Classic, Adult Large or Packs)

2. Choose your searing time.

3. Put the letter of your design(s) selection in the Design Selection Box. Please put the entire number (i.e. KC-2). The letter is indicated above the design.

4.  Add to cart. (to select additional projects, click continue shopping)

5. Accept terms. Proceed with checkout.

6. Arrive at Hammer @ Stain 10 minutes before your seating time.

This is a WOOD workshop so your project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur. Some nails/staples may be present/visible. We will do our best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted but it will certainly be wall worthy! Changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved within the time frame set in workshop description. If approved, a customization fee of $25 MAY apply. Due to the process and customizations of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS. However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice your project will be held for 1 MONTH from the workshop date with an option to make it during an open paint or another workshop -- both options MUST be pre-arranged with the studio. Same day cancellations or no-show projects will NOT get held for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainli@gmail.com) to cancel. Bows/Add-ons, if pictured, are additional and not included in the project but can be purchased in studio for an additional charge. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
