Your Workshop Details:
- Offsite/deposit Fee: $125
- Event Date: June 20, 2025
- Instructor Time: 5pm-6:15pm
- Project Selection: Beach Bags
- Guest Registration By Date: 06/17 (will send link)
- Package Price: $575
- Guest Minimum/Inclusion: 15 kids
- Additional Price Per Person: $25
- Overtime Rate: $20 per half hour
- Set up requirements: Tables with plastic covering -- 1.5' of table space per child, plus one additional 6' table for our setup. Access to garbage pails.
Deposit Terms:
- Your Offsite/deposit fee will secure your date and instructor for the allotted time noted above. This is a fee and is not applied towards a final bill.
- OFFSITE kids parties are package pricing. The minimum is based on the package selected, additional can be added on. Pricing confirmed above.
- The host shall be charged no less than the minimum package price, even if less children attend.
- Final payment of cash or check is due upon completion of the workshop. Credit Card payments can be made prior to the event.
- In the event that our instructors are delayed by the host/guests to start or to continue the planned timeline, there will be an additional fee (stated above) per half hour.
Workshop Set up and Format:
- Your instructor will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the instructor time above for setup.
- We require the host setup requirements to be completed prior to our arrival to keep things on schedule.
- No food is to be served during the workshop instruction. Please allow our instructors to manage the timeline.
- Our instructors will clean up any craft related tables upon workshop completion.
Cancellation/Reschedule:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 72-24 hours of the event require a 40% payment of the party minimum.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event require a 60% payment of the party minimum.
