In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the hostess, you are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is Fri., Feb. 21st at 5pm!

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 10 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 10 guests{including yourself} registered by the deadline (2/21/20), your event will be canceled, and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2-2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

This is a WOOD workshop so your project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur. Some nails/staples may be present/visible. We will do our best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted but it will certainly be wall worthy! Changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply. Due to the customizations of our workshops, there are no refunds. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainli@gmail.com) to cancel. Bows/Add-ons, if pictured, are additional and not included in the project but can be purchased in studio for an additional charge. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. I confirm all design choices and or personalized information entered above is correct and understand that NO CHANGES can be made once this reservation is placed.
